Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy applies to the Intermittent Fasting Tracker app for Android and iOS, named Fast Tracker on the home screen and published in the app stores as auratics.

In short

1. What stays on your phone

Without Backup and sync, none of this is sent to us or to anyone else, and uninstalling the app deletes it.

2. Backup and sync (optional)

Backup and sync is off until you turn it on in Settings. It asks for your consent first, and only then signs you in.

What we store, on Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany:

What for: only to keep a copy of your fasts and to show the same fasts on every phone you sign in on. Nobody else can see them: every account can read and change only its own data.

Signing in. Google or Apple confirms who you are. They learn that you signed in to Fast Tracker, under their own privacy policies: Google and Apple.

Signing out stops backup and leaves your fasts on the phone. Deleting your account (section 9) removes the account and every fast stored with it.

3. Your health

Fasting times can say something about your health, which the GDPR treats as a special category of data. Without Backup and sync they never leave your phone. With it, we store them only because you explicitly agreed, and we never share them with Google, with advertisers or with anyone else.

Fast Tracker gives general information, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before fasting, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes or another medical condition, take medication, or have had an eating disorder.

4. Notifications

If you turn on reminders, such as a notice when you reach your goal, they are scheduled on your phone. Nothing is sent to us or to another server to deliver them. You can turn them off in the app or in your phone’s settings.

5. Advertising

Fast Tracker shows a banner ad from Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and, where you allow it, personalise them, Google may collect:

On iOS, the app does not ask for tracking permission and does not read your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). Your fasts and your account are never shared with Google AdMob.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. When you first open the app, Google’s consent form asks whether ads may be personalised. You can change your choice at any time in the app’s settings.

Everywhere else. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your phone’s settings.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. How Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

6. Services the app connects to

Provider Purpose What it receives Location
Google (AdMob) Ads As described in section 5 United States
Expo (650 Industries, Inc.) Downloading app updates Device type, app version and a random installation ID United States
GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages) Checking whether a newer version of the app is available Nothing beyond the request itself; the comparison happens on your phone United States
Supabase, Inc. Backup and sync, only if you turn it on As described in section 2 Germany (Frankfurt)
Google or Apple Signing in, only if you turn on Backup and sync That you are signing in to Fast Tracker United States

Like any request over the internet, each of these also reaches the provider with your IP address. Without Backup and sync, none of them receives your fasts.

8. How long data is kept

9. Deleting your data

Step by step: Deleting your data

10. Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

For a copy of what we store about your account, or any other request, write to auratics.studio@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

11. Security

Your fasts are stored in the app’s private storage on your phone, which other apps cannot read. Every connection the app makes is encrypted (TLS). On our server, row level security limits every account to its own data.

12. Children

Fast Tracker is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in countries where that is the age of digital consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
